Sustainable Redevelopment
A former industrial site was intended for residential redevelopment. WD Environmental advocated adoption of sustainable practices (both CL:AIRE Code of Practice on Waste and the Site Waste Management Plans) during the following phases:
- Demolition
- Remediation
- Groundworks
- Construction
WD Environmental was responsible for the management of the sustainable practices and to ensure compliance with the conditions of planning.
