Remediation of Groundwater Plume

A former Petrol Filling Station had left elevated petroleum concentrations in the groundwater and in the shallow soils.  A proposed residential redevelopment required that the site was made suitable for the intended use.  The most cost effective and appropriate remedial solutions were selected.  Full discharge of the conditions of planning were obtained from the Local Planning Authority on completion of the works.
